As part of strengthening cooperation between Congo and Mali, the Director General of API Mali, Mr. Ibrahim Ahmadiou TOURÉ, on a working visit to Brazzaville, was received on March 27, 2026, by the Director General of the Agency for the Promotion of Investments of Congo, Mrs. Annick Patricia MONGO, in the presence of the Ambassador of Mali to Congo, His Excellency Mr. Aguibou DIALLÔ.

This meeting allowed both parties to exchange views on mobilizing the Malian diaspora to invest in both Mali and Congo, and to explore ways and means of mobilizing their private sectors, with a view to intensifying investment flows between the two nations.

Following these exchanges, the two agencies agreed on the upcoming signing of a protocol agreement, the draft of which is already available and will be finalized as soon as possible.

Furthermore, API Congo will participate in the "Invest in Mali" Forum, scheduled for the end of the year, thus marking the common will of both institutions to actively promote their investment destinations and consolidate their partnership in the service of the economic development of their respective countries.
